Commercial Registration Extract
Owner Association Registration Certificate Issued by RERA.

Meeting Attendance

The following persons can attend the meeting:

Owners of Single owned plot, Building, Villa or townhouse
Chairman or Representative of existing Joint Property Association or Main Association.
The Developer of Joint Property Developer if there is no owners association

Kindly note in order to exercise the right to vote, all pending service charge dues must be settled prior to the day of the meeting.

Please make sure to use your personal details as reference when making a transaction such as name, plot number, telephone number, villa number and/or address.

Meeting Participation and Methods of Voting

Voting in person – the owner attends the meeting and votes.

Voting by proxy – the owner signs a proxy form to give the voting power to a trusted person
Voting through sending the voting paper via email. – Voting paper should be signed and witnessed by an adult, copies of the identity card or passport of the witness should be attached and sent to the following email [email protected] before the start of the meeting.
