To the Valued Owners of Amwaj Islands,

On behalf of Myself, the Chairman of the newly elected board, and on behalf of my colleagues- board members (Mr. Ahmed Al Salloum, Mr. Mohammad Abbass Haji, Mr. Abdullah Al Shehab, Mr. Mohammad AL Koheji, Mr. Mohammad Al Yaqoob, and Mr. Mohammad Al Ghanah), allow me first to thank you for giving the board the trust and confidence to represent all home owners of Amwaj Islands.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the previous board headed by its chairman Mr. Jameel Al Matrook for all the effort and work that has been accomplished.

As I begin, I would like to introduce you to the four key positions on the board;

1. Chairman of the Board and the Committee: Sh. Hamad Bin Khalifa Bin Hamad Al Khalifa
2. Vice Chairman: Mr. Ahmed Al Salloum
3. Treasurer to the Board: Mr. Mohammed Alkoheji
4. Secretary to the Board: Mr. Mohammed Haji

Let me get straight to my message.

The board will not spare any effort to address the main concerns and issues at Amwaj. We will work transparently and will share all information openly to everyone regarding the progress of our agenda. All board members are highly motivated and we are working as a team to address the main concern, which is the Amwaj  Islands Owners Association budget. As you are aware this process takes some time and major efforts are going into this by the board, which I am very thankful for.

To achieve this, we need to work hand in hand, together as one team, one community, and one association. As promised earlier we will be transparent; The association is severely underfunded due to lack of payment from a large number of Amwaj owners. We will work hard to provide you with results of our new budget for 2022, but without your support and participation, our efforts will fail. In fact, the association is currently severely in debt with limited liquidity.

I am sure that together we will overcome this great challenge, but I would like to strongly highlight and stress that facing challenges such as the budget issue will be a step by step progress which we will achieve together.

Rest assured that with time I am confident we will be able to achieve our goals together as a team.
